I serve a two-course gourmet breakfast every morning at a large harvest table that seats up to ten people. Before breakfast I provide hot beverages (coffee, tea, hot chocolate) on the second floor for the early risers. The Dragonfly is just a short walk to historic Sturgeon Bay's downtown with its many boutiques, microbreweries, wine bars, and galleries, live theatre and live music during the summer months. The two course gourmet breakfasts are always something unique and heartwarming. I try to source as many ingredients from local farms and markets as possible and can modify almost all my recipes for personal dietary needs - please call ahead so we can discuss the specifics - I typically start preparing many main courses dishes the day before I serve them. Also, I pride myself on fresh home baked cookies that are not your typical chocolate chip or peanut butter. Welcome Home! |
